Self Archiving
Need somewhere to store your physical archiving documents but don’t want to pay a fee every time you need to access them? If you do not need your documents to be scanned, indexed or catalogued, using self storage can be a more cost effective means of storing important files.
Document management
We offer a fully digital document management service which is operated from our facility in Leeds.
We will collect your documents and once they arrive in our facility, all items are bar-coded, scanned and filed in a unique area specific to you.
You can easily retrieve your documents by sending us an email. We endeavour to get to you the same day (for requests placed before 12 noon).
Once you’ve finished with your documents, simply send us another email and we will collect and return them to your unique location within our facility.
We also provide a secure document destruction and disposal service in line with the Data Protection Act. You will receive a certificate of destruction ensuring you have an audit trail of all your documents.
