All our business customers must have an Insurance Policy in place and maintain cover for the duration of their stay. (A business customer is someone who is acting in a business or trade capacity. Non VAT registered customers must take out insurance from Safestore.). Taking out an insurance policy is a standard procedure for all self storage companies.
If you do not have an Insurance Policy we can arrange this for you. The details of our policy and our terms and conditions can be reviewed in our Insurance Key Facts and Terms & Conditions documents. All goods placed in storage with us must be insured for their full replacement value.
