Everyone who joins Safestore undertakes an extensive and comprehensive Induction Course, so they are able to gain a thorough understanding of our business.
Although we provide the support and resources it is up to you to maximise the opportunities that are available. There are both generic courses and opportunities for personal development in our extensive CD ROM library as well as materials for e-learning.
We have recently introduced a development program called Careerstore which guides everyone through their training & development throughout their career at Safestore. Each job role within Safestore has an introductory, bronze, silver and gold level.
