People considering moving abroad may consider Portugal since it offers a variety of advantages and benefits to potential investors.

This is according to Homesgofast.com, which claims that moving to Portugal is an uncomplicated process, as well as having other financial benefits.

Nick Marr, chief executive officer of the company, explained that "there are lots of different advantages to buying in Portugal", yet highlighted the fact that there are tax savings to be had in the country.

In addition, Mr Marr pointed out that travel links also make the country appealing.

"The ease of getting to Portugal is another aspect of it - a lot of low-cost airlines go there now," he said.

A fiscal number is required when applying to buy a property in Portugal, which costs around five euros to purchase.

When moving abroad, be sure to invest in a storage system that will meet your needs.
