Argentina has 'good future potential'

People looking for a good place to move abroad may like to consider Argentina, according to one expert.

Property Frontiers' public relations and marketing executive Emma Holifield posited that several factors contribute to making the South American country a great place to live.

Investment in the Argentinean market represents good value for money and may present a more economical alternative to eastern Europe, in which some places are touted at prices above their worth, she explained.

She commented that the future potential of market growth in the country is high, which is also bolstered by a thriving tourism industry.

"In Argentina, a high standard of living, stable inflation and a growing economy have created a growing middle class with a large amount of disposable income to spend on second homes," Ms Holifield continued.

Meanwhile, The Association of International Property Professionals highlighted the fact that six per cent of purchases by British buyers were made in Bulgaria last year.

When moving abroad be sure to protect your belongings with a good storage system.
