Brits being drawn to "unrivalled" Brazilian property

15 July 2008

Britons looking to escape for a new life in the sun are being attracted to the "incredible potential" of the Brazilian property market, experts have claimed.

A recent report on the Latin American country's market by Nubricks found that demand for homes is soaring, due largely to the increasing number of middle class professionals being produced by the current economic boom being witnessed there.

In addition, it was revealed that the Brazilian currency has gained 16 per cent against the pound over the past 12 months alone, meaning that those people looking to grab themselves a bargain need to make a move in the near future.

"Brazil has incredible potential – possibly unrivalled potential at the moment, " explained Rhiannon Davies, director of property website Amberlamb.

"Brazil offers property owners a double bonus, on the one hand a property could be a fabulous investment and on the other hand a property makes for a great place to stay in a fantastic nation."

Anyone wanting to move into a property overseas may want to make the move easier by making use of safe storage in the UK.
