A large number of people in Britain are moving out of their homes and going to Australia, it has been suggested.
According to an article on the Shelter Offshore website, the recent NatWest International Quality of Life Index 2010 found Australia to be the best country in the world to live in.
It added that it is particularly popular with emigrating Brits, stating this is showed by the statistic "that apparently one in ten people living in Brisbane is now of British origin".
The report went on to point out that it can sometimes be a stressful experience integrating into Australian society for Brits and recommended that those who do move embrace the way of life over there.
According to the Move to Australia portal, some of the attractions of the country include its low cost of living and great weather.
For those people planning to pack their bags for a new life down under, self-storage facilities can help them to reduce the problem of moving all of their possessions halfway across the world in one go.
