All our household customers must take out a Safestore Self Storage Insurance Policy and maintain cover for the duration of their stay. (A household customer is someone who is not acting in a business or trade capacity). Taking out an insurance policy is a standard procedure for all self storage companies.

We regret that no alternative policies can be accepted as cover for goods in store. All possessions placed in storage with us must be insured for their full replacement value.
