Safestore is a FTSE 250 company and the largest Self Storage provider in the UK with 131 stores including two business centres. 

Over the past 24 months, Safestore has opened three new stores in the UK in Morden (Mar-23), Wigan (Feb-23) and Bow (Dec-21). Our pipeline continues to grow with five new stores planned to open in FY 23/24 including Ellesmere Port, London - Paddington Park West, London - Lea Bridge, Eastleigh and London - Romford.

We want more sites across the UK and within the M25.

​What are we looking for?
  • Sites across London and the UK
  • Main road prominence preferred
  • Freehold or Leasehold sites over 0.5 acres
  • Existing buildings ideally between  10,000 - 100,000 sq ft
  • Minimum eaves height of 4.5m
  • Existing self-storage operators

Inner London
  • We are flexible on our format inside the M25 and will consider smaller stores, basements, car parks, and mixed use opportunities.
 
Fees
  • Fees will be paid to non-retained agents.
