Self Storage Guildford

Can I take this opportunity to advise you how helpful Denise was on Sunday, which is why I am keen to arrange my storage through yourselves.

I have had a storage unit with Safestore Guildford for 3 months, and have found their staff fantastic from initial quotation in November 07 through to arranging my move out in February. All of the staff have been friendly, informative, very customer focused and quick to respond to my calls and e-mails. They made me feel very comfortable on site and I would have no hesitation in using Safestore self storage again and have recommended to friends. I would particularly like to thank Beau, who has helped me out this weekend with arranging my move out and has made me feel like an extremely valued customer, not a feeling you get often these days! Denise was also brilliant with my initial contact and quote and making sure I had all of the necessary information t make a decision on the storage unit. Thanks Guildford team!
