  Really great customer service, ...

  Really great customer service, very hard to find this high level of customer service anywhere. All the staff are very friendly and professional and ready an asset to their company. I would recommend this branch of Safestore in Crawley, great discounts and excellent staff.

  Very easy to sort ...

  Very easy to sort and decent value too. I completed an online quote in the evening and Hugh called me back the next morning. We discussed options, prices and special offers and I visited the Crawley site later that day to view the storage options and complete the paperwork. It was all very straightforward and Hugh was friendly and helpful throughout. I've started using the storage now and it's all been hassle free

  I filled in a quote online and Emma called me back promptly - she was brilliant! She asked questions to understand my needs, explained logistics of how it all works, the pricing and the requirements, like insurance. I feel I have all the information I need to make a decision. And a £15 voucher towards packing material! Overall, it was a great service, way above and beyond of what I expected just by filling in a quote online. Thank you so much, Emma ☺️
