Self Storage Deptford

I just wanted to email you, to let you know of excellent customer service I recently received from your self storage centre in Deptford.

I had to set up a storage unit for business purposes really quickly which will increase in size as and when my customers needs require.

Chris Edmund was a pleasure to deal with, explained all my options clearly and did everything I needed when he said he would, he is a credit to your organisation.

I look forward to dealing with Chris and your organisation again in the future.

I would just like to advise you as to how pleased I was with the level of customer service received from two members of your staff at the Dragoon Road self storage site in Deptford. Firstly I spoke with Adas on the phone who was extremely friendly and helpful and then we signed up for a storage unit with Chris who was extremely thorough explaining all the terms and conditions and other relevant information. Please do advise Adas and Chris of this positive feedback and thank them on my behalf.

I would like to compliment Safestore on the exceptional customer service received from one of your team, namely Sajid in Deptford. We had to empty our storage unit on Sunday 28th Oct to move into a new flat and the van we had arranged was late. Sajid went above and beyond the call of duty by staying on till 5.30pm to allow us to remove our belongings after we explained we wouldn’t have another opportunity to remove our things for 7 more days.

Such helpfulness is rare these days and as I work in the service industry myself I know that people are quick to complain and less likely to compliment on having such a customer focussed employee.

I'm writing to inform you of the exemplary service I recieved from two members of staff at your Deptford branch.

Mr Raymond Preston and Mr Kahar Ahmed both went out of their way to help myself and my partner in arranging our storage space.

Their helpfulness seemed to know no bounds. All of my emails and phone calls were responded to in a timely manner, the price matching was honored and we were given a tour of the facility with a choice of storage space to help suit our needs best.

It was a pleasure to deal with these gentlemen and I hope to continue doing so for the duration of our storage space occupation.
