I was extremely impressed by the service offered at the Safestore facility at Feltham.
Basically , I was visited by close relatives who had 8 pieces of luggage in total. It would have been a very difficult task to take all the luggage home . We decided to contact the luggage storage facility at Heathrow who quoted £8 per luggage per day . It would have left us with a staggering bill of £462 per week.
It was at this time, I contacted the Safestore facility at Feltham. They offered us a space for just over £15 for the whole week. We were able to keep all the luggage which was stored safe until we returned to pick it up. The price was for the entire space and not per luggage .
I would also like to add that the customer service was brilliant . The Gentleman Mr Louis Jones who is the customers advisor at the facility was kind , courteous and professional.
I hope this information helps people who travel with lots of luggage.
