I just want to say how friendly & efficient I found the New Malden staff, particularly Amy. The staff all bent over backwards to answer all of my questions, accommodate my requests & make this very easy process. If only there were more places that made customer service a high priority. The staff are a credit to your organisation

It has been a pleasure dealing with your team especially Amy, she has really gone out of her way to assist me. I am writing to congratulate you on having fine staff at your New Malden storage centre. Anthony was especially outstanding with his customer service skills. He was extremely helpful, very polite and personable and knowledgeable. Anthony was also very sympathetic to my situation and went beyond the call of duty to assist me. What was most impressive was that he was equally courteous even after I was no longer a customer. This is a personal thanks to Anthony and the rest of your team who also had a part to play in ensuring that customers like me were taken care of.
