I have now used your facility for almost eighteen months and would like you to know of my satisfaction of the service I receive at Safestore Stanmore from your staff, Samir and Zahir (plus others).
On shipping goods out they are always most helpful in keeping the goods in the customer storage room, until the carrier arrives to collect during the latter part of the day. Also when receiving goods, either of the above mentioned, will telehone me to advise items have arrived.
I am always greeted with a smile when signing in and would also point out that I find the common areas clean and well looked after, which I,m sure is not that easy with the ammount of traffic going in and out.
Complaints are easy to make by some, but a word of praise is sometimes just as important.
