Until recently I was storing at your Staples Corner self storage centre, my reason for leaving was only the high cost of international freight from the UK to my home in Ghana, which has forced me to stop sending items.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend your very efficient members of staff most especially Dean. Dean is a very polite, respectful gentleman who always treated me and other customers (I have noticed on several occasions) with the up most respect. He is very informative, diligent and he always listens to any suggestions customers give. One thing I noticed with Dean was his patience. He has always been very placid and respectful even if the customer are sometimes ridiculously belligerent, this attitude is that of a professional and I think Dean is a ‘gem’ to your esteemed establishment. I have used other storage facilities in the past both within and outside London. The storage services rendered by your company, Dean and other members of staff, if I may not exaggerate is the best. I have recommended Safestore to all my friends and family and anytime I see an individual looking for storage I always recommend Safestore. Kudos to the staff of Safestore Staples Corner self storage centre they are real professionals. I will always go back there when I need storage without an iota of a doubt at anytime, any day for the best services they offer.
