After several hours of hard work, Scott in the Birmingham self storage centre was the difference in my move going smoothly rather than causing me a severe headache. This young man is a credit to your company & is an exception when it comes to customers needs.
I had a choice where to store my items but given previous experience with Safestore self storage & the staff, I believed no other self storage Company would be able to match the friendly & helpful staff within the Birmingham Central storage centre.
Without doubt I can say that Yvonne, Adrian & Scott have gone out of their way to be helpful. It would be fair to say that nothing was too much trouble for the. Staff like them are a credit to Safestore
