I felt I needed to contact you regarding your Safestore self storage centre on New York Road in Leeds, West Yorkshire. People are very quick to make a complaint and never fast enough to give praise and having worked in sales I know how its as important to receive feedback good or bad.
In August last year I had to start making arrangements for my October move overseas and one of them was sorting out a storage unit. When you've never done something like this its not easy having to put your trust for your whole life goods into someone else's hands, especially when you only do it the once. Upon contacting about 5 different storage companies the above store stood out in different ways. The 1st was Jordan who was so competent and helpful ,seemed nothing was to much trouble and reassured me my goods would be safe, 2nd being open 7 days a week was important for me as flying back and forth I didn’t know what day I'd need access. This was something not many self storage companies had.
I would like to say all staff I've dealt with there are very good but because I was very unsure I felt having spoken to Jordan from the beginning (I bet he was dreading me coming in as I was so scared of doing this) I'd rather deal with him regarding any small queries I had. This young man has been outstanding which makes me feel so relaxed being 2000 miles away and my 26yrs of possessions are in good hands. My goods are about to be moved to my new home now, I've already recommended your company to family moving to France.
Last but not least if ever I return to England I'll be calling Safestore Leeds that's for sure,
