To thank David for his excellent customer service. Being a self-storage virgin I was rather anxious about my first time. I went along to the storage centre in Bolton, Lancs, a lone woman into what I thought was a "man's world." Wrong! I was met by Dave, a big man with a gentle way with a confused middle aged woman who stood before him. He explained everything slowly, clearly but without being patronising, anticipating my needs, no idea how much I needed and certainly no padlock in sight! The paperwork was done, offers of help made. I left feeling I'd had a great service from Dave.
The best was yet to come!
The next time I visited he remembered my name and used it, he made a comment about the reason for storage and how it was progressing. Yes, he remembered me as an individual. EXCELLENT Customer Service. Oh I did forget to mention, I'm a qualified assessor and internal verifier for customer service.
