Mr Waxman called today to pass on his praise for Simon, Store Manager in Cheetham Hill self storage centre. He received excellent service from his initial phone call through to when he popped for a tour of the store a few minutes before 6pm (he felt there was no pressure on him to hurry) which resulted in him renting a storage unit. He feels customers are quick to complain and wanted to pass on some positive feedback
