Ewen in Charles Street, Glasgow self storage centre has been extremely helpful every single time I've called or contacted him. I've been in Africa for some time now & the communication system is not the best down here. So, it's always such a pleasure to work with Ewen. He is very efficient and always takes care of me. I don't know who his boss is, but I would really appreciate it if you would let them know how much I appreciate Ewen's sense of customer service. It's not always that you get such great service & I like to inform the relevant person when I think they have a great employee.
