I thought I would take the time to write to you and congratulate the frontline staff I have come into contact with at your storage centre in Pennywell, Bristol. The leadership team should also take some credit because everyone seems willing to help, enjoys helping and is cheerful and efficient. This does not come without a firm having a good system of rewards and encouragement for staff, whoever designed it should receive some credit.
I have taken rental of a small storage unit in the branch; in the process everyone has taken time to explain clearly, everyone has been friendly and the branch is spotlessly clean, well lit and extremely organised. I'm even offered cups of tea when I am in there, which is very welcome when moving house.
I was surprised today, when bounced to a central call centre that even there the gent who spoke to me was friendly, encouraging and had an air of quiet reassurance that everything would be sorted out; he explained what he would do, took my number, thanked me for calling but I didn't feel he was reading from a sheet.
The staff must deal with many people everyday and for someone who is renting very little for a relatively short time I would expect probably a cursory approach. That has not been so and it has made what is always a tense time easier to manage. I hope you are able to reward those involved in some way.
