Key Performance Indicators

The key performance indicators (“KPIs”) of our business are occupancy and average rental rate, which drive the revenue of our business. These KPIs, along with underlying EBITDA, are reported below as well as within the annual report.


* Underlying EBITDA is defined as Operating Profit before exceptional items, share-based payments, corporate transaction costs, change in fair value of derivatives, gain/loss on investment properties, contingent rent and depreciation.
