'Tis the Season
The saddest time of year has to be when it comes to packing away Christmas. The decorations are back in their box, the tree is gone and the house loses its cosy festive vibe as a result. With so much to do it's important to consider packing these items away carefully for next years festivities. Good preparation now means a smooth process when Christmas comes around again and things like Christmas lights are easy to leave in a tangled heap. We've got some nifty ideas to help you store your Christmas lights so that they stay knot free and in good condition!
1. Use a coat hanger.
Simple and effective, using a coat hanger will help to keep your lights tangle free and easy to unravel.
2. Use wrapping paper tubes.
Not only is this a novel way to recycle but it will also make your life much easier next time Christmas comes around. You can even cut a slit in one end to tuck the plug into!
