Safestore is a FTSE 250 company and the largest Self Storage provider in the UK with 120 stores.

Over the past 24 months, Safestore has acquired Space Maker and Alligator Self Storage adding 24 stores to the portfolio. The company has also acquired 4 new sites, opened 4 stores with a further 3 stores in the pipeline.

We want more sites across the UK and within the M25.

  • Sites across London and the UK
  • 0.5 - 2 acre development sites suitable for B8 Self Storage
  • Freehold or Long Leasehold
  • Existing buildings considered with scope to provide at least 60,000 sq ft GIA
  • Floor to ceiling heights 3.0m
  • Main road prominence preferred

Inner London
  • We are flexible on our format inside the M25 and will consider smaller stores, basements, carparks, and mixed use opportunities.
  • Buildings of 25,000 sq ft upwards and leaseholds considered
