- Sites required over 0.5 acres or buildings from 10,000 sq ft
- Intro fees paid to non-retained agents
Our Target Locations
Requirements:
- Main road prominence preferred
- Existing buildings ideally 10,000 - 100,000 sq ft
- Warehouses
- Trade parks
- Offices
- Freehold or Leasehold sites over 0.5 acres
- Minimum eaves height of 4.5m
- Existing self-storage operators
