Do I have to buy boxes online?
Not at all. Safestore offers a full range of boxes and packaging materials that you can either order online or buy over the counter at any of our stores. Whether you need a single box or a full packing kit, we've got you covered.
Does Safestore take payment for the full stay upfront?
No. We work on a four-weekly billing cycle. We take the first four weeks' payment when you move in, and then continue to bill every four weeks for as long as you store with us. There's no need to pay for your entire stay in advance.
Do you offer a removals or collection service?
Safestore does not directly provide removals or collection services, but we can point you in the right direction. Our store teams work with a number of trusted local removal companies and will be happy to share their contact details. Just ask your nearest store.
Do I need insurance for my belongings while in storage?
Yes. All goods stored with Safestore must be insured while in your unit. We offer StoreProtect, our own contents protection cover, which is straightforward to set up when you move in. Our team can walk you through the options.
