    I love safe store! ...

    I love safe store! I’ve never rented a storage unit before but moving house has been such a stressful experience that we decided for peace of mind to get a 50sqm unit to keep our things until the move. My mum and I turned up to Safestore in Basildon absolutely giddy and confused but the sweetest store member (I think his name is Josh!) was so kind to us!! He showed us the unit, convinced me of fit all my things in there (we was right and there’s still room for activities!) and helped me with the verification process. It’s not nice when you’re in a stressful experience and the staff you’re dealing with remain so kind and helpful. We were so grateful to him! I would reccomend this place over and over again, it’s conveniently placed, free trolleys to help you unpack and move your boxes and and great staff.
