  The location is very ...

  The location is very convenient and the premises easily accessible. All one needs to do is to carry one's stuff the last few yards utilising one of the trolleys provided. The personnel in the office were very helpful, responsive and polite.

  The Safestore Reading branch ...

  The Safestore Reading branch employee answered the landline phone promptly and responded to all my queries very patiently and in detail. The employee and colleagues were all cordial & surprisingly also recognised me as soon as I mentioned my inquiry this morning and was promptly served. It was really a great experience visiting this Cow Lane branch and doing business.

  Service was very excellent! Both online and offline when I brought in my property, the staff were so friendly and very helpful. David and Lewis were particularly very kind with their assistance. Keep up the good work!
