  Excellent service. Great experience, they made me feel very welcome, lovely and friendly. Their prices are very good, and the storage itself is perfect. Very safe, dry, and secure. Would like to say thankyou to Heather, Louis and Adam, they were the ones who made this onbaording such a breeze. Kind regards Matthew

  I initially spoke to Louis on the phone, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made the entire booking process fast and smooth for me. And he ensured me the lowest price possible for my storage needs/ parameters. 10/10 customer service. When I checked in, in person I was served by Heather who was extremely helpful and made the overall experience a very positive one. I will definitely use Exeter Safestore again if I ever require storage again. The site is well managed, maintained and set up for a no-hassle, affordable customer experience.

  Fantastic service! I moved a ...

  Fantastic service! I moved a friends house into storage for them at the weekend, it had been such a stressful couple of days and that morning in particular, and well, that all melted away when the lovely manager Narelle unlocked the gates to the car park for us! Start to finish it was so easy, Narelle talked us through the whole process, neither of us had used a storage facility before so it definitely helped! She was so warm and welcoming and even when other customers arrived, she greeted them to let them know she wouldn’t be too long, but not once did she rush us through the process! Once we were checked in, she showed us where to sign in and out, our unit, then showed us where there were some (very helpful) trollies to unload! The storage was clean and easy to access- just what we needed! All in all, a great service would definitely recommend! And again a big thanks to Narelle for being so lovely!

Our Exeter store is located on Exeter Business Park close to junction 29 of the M5 - convenient if you’re looking for household, business or student storage near Exmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton, Taunton, Tiverton or Lapford. We’re also close to Exeter Airport, so we’re worth keeping in mind if you need to store left luggage on a stopover.
