  Had a great experience with Safestore guided by Jordan from start to finish, he was really helpful and knowledgeable, process was really quick and easy, prices were really cheap for a 13 month contract, and we were able to move in the same day as signing it. Easy access to the storage area, with trolleys available to help move things, and the place feels really secure. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at this self-storage facility. The receptionist was doing an amazing job very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service overall. Highly recommended!

  We arrived at Safestore ...

  We arrived at Safestore to find the funding had yet to be approved by the local council, this was a very stressful situation, as without this the man and van were unable to off load. Jordan from Safestore was very understanding, empathetic and supportive, we were there from 2:30-6:30, he made us a drink and actively supported us with clear advice and guidance on what was required and how best to resolve the situation, he was patient and kind and considerate throughout and actively supported us in securing a resolve. We cannot thank him enough, Jordan demonstrated an outstanding example of customer support and service, he is a credit to your company and despite this experience being very difficult it was reassuring to feel supported and shown genuine regard. Thank you Jordan, you are an asset to Safestore.
