  I had the pleasure of meeting Jamal, and he is truly a wonderful human being. He provided a seamless service, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple and stress-free—something I would have struggled with at the storage unit site in Chingford. Jamal guided me through every step with a friendly smile, professionalism, and patience. He not only explained the process clearly but also helped me select the right unit and handled the paperwork efficiently, covering all aspects necessary for securing storage space. He even went the extra mile to ensure I fully understood everything, making the experience exceptionally easy.   After getting info from a number of storage places it was clear immediately when speaking to Jamaal that Safestore Chingford was the right place to choose. Jamals was pleasant and professional, explained the fees and procedures very clearly, was very welcoming and has a great sense of humour. Feel very comfortable with storing my belongings here, it is very clean, and everything works.

  Amazing service, Jamaal was ...

  Amazing service, Jamaal was particularly amazing. He made sure we settled in nicely and showed us our unit. Went above and beyond to make sure we was happy with everything. We are definitely so glad we chose this particular branch. I’d definitely recommend!!!
