Location & getting here
The Battersea Business Centre is located at Ingate Place, just off Queenstown Road (SW8 3NS). We’re easy to get to by road or rail:
- By car: Follow Queenstown Road south towards Clapham, then turn left onto Ingate Place — we’re on the left, about three-quarters of the way down. Car parking is available on site.
- By rail: We’re a two-minute walk from Queenstown Road station or five minutes’ walk from Battersea Park station.
Our offices
We offer a range of offices to suit businesses of all sizes, from 150 sq ft (ideal for two people) up to 3,400 sq ft for larger teams. All offices are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with secure fob access throughout. Select offices also benefit from air conditioning.
Each floor has a shared kitchen available to all tenants, and there are showers on site — perfect if you cycle in or like to keep active during the day. The reception is staffed 7 days a week by our friendly team, and we can accept deliveries on your behalf.
Storage space
As well as office space, we also offer secure storage for stock, files or archives. Our indoor units are covered by 24-hour recorded CCTV, so your items stay safe, clean and dry. Storage can be accessed during store opening hours.
