  The storages are very new and clean. They are affordable compared to other storages & they have great customer service! Also they have storage boxes, padlocks and other stuff available to purchase here.

  I had a really good experience with Yardley Safestore. To be honest, I’m quite new to the UK and wasn’t very familiar with the direct debit process. Because of that, not once but twice my direct debit payment was bounced back. The first time, I didn’t keep enough money in my account because I was waiting to receive a payment link from them. The second time, I accidentally deleted the direct debit link, even though I had enough funds available. Both times, according to the conditions, I had to pay a dishonoured payment fee. However, when I explained my honest situation to them, they were incredibly understanding and removed the charge both times. I truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility — they are really understanding people, and I highly recommend Yardley Safestore for their excellent customer service.
