    I have to use ...

    I have to use this safestore for a stock collection for work. Reece, josh and jermain go out if their way, if needing help. Also just so very polite, attentive. Would definitely use this store if I had personal items to store. These 3 make my stock collection a breeze and they actually get to know you as a person and you feel welcomed and respected. Keep up the good work boys

    We wanted some storage ...

    We wanted some storage space to keep our sons belongings untill he was able to move into his new home. From the initial phone call to book a space to the end of the contract all of the staff were excellent. The complete place was spotless, the unit we rented looked as if it was new. When ever we were on site there was always a parking space and trolleys available. We were on the first floor but that was no problem as the lift was always working and easily accesible. If I ever need it again I will use Safestore.

    Fantastic customer service. Following online initial enquiry, Josh contacted us and was very efficient providing all necessary information and made the reservation. The £15 voucher allowed us to purchase padlock and saved us £. Reece showed us the storage space, he allowed us time to discuss it and he was able to answer all of our questions. He was accommodating with allowing us to reserve the space and keep the price for extended period. Thank you Reece and Josh.
