I honestly couldn't fault Jo and the team at Safestore Colchester. From start to finish, they were absolutely fabulous. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I had exactly what I needed. It's rare to receive such great customer service these days, but Jo and the team really went above and beyond. They are a real credit to Safestore, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Colchester branch to anyone looking for storage. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

From phone call to signing a very reasonable agreement for storage, the customer service from Olli was friendly, helpful and professional. Olli gave us great advice and showed us a number of storage options to find the best one for our needs. If you need storage I would recommend speaking to Olli at Safestore self storage in Colchester. Great customer service, and very good prices.
