  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is our company’s second time using Safestore in Charlton, and we’ve now been back for around two months. Once again, the service has been exceptional. Mark, Christian and Dave on the main desk have been absolutely brilliant. They’re always on hand to help, especially with taking in our deliveries, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their communication is spot on, they’re proactive, and they genuinely make things easy for us as a business. We deal with a lot of companies across London, and it’s rare to receive such consistently high standards of customer service. The team are welcoming, professional and incredibly supportive. I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of them. A real five star experience all round and a pleasure to deal with.

  Great service over the ...

  Great service over the 2 years while we had storage. The team were always there to help, really friendly and nothing was ever an issue when we wanted to check on the space and when we needed extra hands ! Thanks Mark, David & Chistian !

  I had the best ...

  I had the best experience at the Charlton store yesterday. We arrived late when the store was about to close because of a last minute rush. Dave was so accommodating, he didn’t make us feel bad for leaving it last minute. He did everything he could to really provide the best customer service. And he doesn’t know this, but he really saved us as if he didn’t let us in we would have been in a pickle. Thanks Dave for being a great human. I will definitely stay loyal to Safestore now :-)

Our Charlton store is just off the A206 and is easy to reach if you need indoor self storage space near Woolwich, Greenwich, Charlton and Blackheath. It’s highly secure thanks to our key fob entry system and security guard, who is on-site 24 hours a day. You’ll be the only person who can access your storage space, and you can arrange to do so during store opening hours 7 days a week at our Charlton store.
