Mannie, Chandra and Anna made my experience at Safestore Bermondsey, amazingly great. There professional and welcoming approach to all walk in customers, is something to be admired and an inspiration for me to PROMOTE SAFESTORE BERMONDSEY, all day long. They are a credit to the storage business and would be a credit to any other ventures or business that they would take on, later on in life or to the role of management within this safestore storage unit stores all over the country. They made my transition from the British army, into civilian life, the most memorable transition into civilian street or the best move experience, that I have ever had and I have done loads of home moves over the years, within the army job role. They all totally put me at ease, so as to be able to sort out my entire 4 man homestead of furniture, military gear and a life time of equipment, so that it was easier for me to move it into my new civilian home. Thank you so much to you three and I will never forget you all and I will never forget what you have done for me. O the Extra hours extension is the best thing or asset that you have at hand, for guys like me, who never sleep or who wakes early, to fulfill a short deadline. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny, the Store Manager and she was phenomenal. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Her leadership truly shows in how smoothly everything runs. From the moment I walked in to the day I departed my storage, the service was top tier. I was also lucky enough to receive my first month free, which was such a bonus and made the experience even better.
