We had such an amazing experience with Safestore Reading! We needed storage for our dorm room items, and the whole process was an absolute breeze—so smooth and efficient! They even called us after we signed up online to recommend a cheaper student option, which was fantastic. When we arrived, Chynna was super helpful with the contract and getting us set up, plus we got some medium boxes. And a huge shoutout to David! He was so incredibly friendly, patient, and went totally above and beyond to make our storage process a breeze! We managed to fit 6 medium boxes, a mattress topper, and a rug perfectly—it was just fantastic! We honestly can't recommend Safestore Reading enough! The customer service is outstanding, and we had such a wonderful time with the whole team, especially David and Chynna. Thank you for everything!

Professional, well run operation. ...

Professional, well run operation. My stuff was safe for the duration of my storage (five months). Invoices in advance (make sure you cancel before a new one is generated!), and all the paperwork seemed in order. I can't comment on prices because I don't use storage often, but I think it was reasonable considering the size and safety of the unit. Very easy access, and always polite and professional staff.
