  My storage was in Leith, Salamander Street. Amy helped me set things up and showed me how things work. She was really well informed and helpful, as well as amiable and chatty. The office environment down there felt really friendly which sent a message that if I experienced any issue at all, any staff member would help me to sort it out; all very professional. When my rental period ended, Gordon closed things off me. Again, he was well informed and helpful. Overall, my experience was easy and seamless. I’ll use again if I need storage in future.

  Recently let a long ...

  Recently let a long term storage deal from Amy at Safestore!, she was so clear with everything from helping us get in contact with movers and showing us around multiple room sizes to make sure we got the correct size. The process was extremely smooth me and my partner were explained on how to get extended hours to access our goods as this is very important to us - from start to finish Amy as-well as Gordon via email were patient, kind and understanding.

  Amy helped me through every step and made the experience really smooth and stress-free. Before we met she sent me all the information I needed and the paperwork I could do on my phone. If you're looking for self storage in the Edinburgh area, Safestore Leith is located just off Salamander Street (A199), with the store entrance (and customer car park) on Carron Place. We’re convenient if you need self storage in Edinburgh, Leith, Newhaven or Craigentinny.
