  Dropped in to send ...

  Dropped in to send a document to Portugal using their DHL facility. Initially closed as they were tending to other customers but were back within a minute or two. Friendly chap behind the desk was really helpful as I had struggled with DHL’s website before getting there. Once I’d overcome the DHL challenge, everything else was handled quickly and with good humour. Would use again.
