From start to finish all the staff I spoke to by phone were so helpful, and the Christchurch site is a remote site and run from Westbourne. The access app was relatively easy to install and once you get the hang of it easy to use. The unit was nice and clean, with trolleys and sack trucks provided. I would use them again should I need a quality self storage unit, good job everyone.
Fantastic place, booked a storage unit at Christchurch, got there and started to unload the van, one of the guys who worked there said that he thought the unit we had booked was too small for the items we wanted to store (he was right) he very quickly cancelled it and booked us a larger unit there and then and so lucky he did as we would have never fitted all the stuff in the original unit, that to me is fantastic customer service and would highly recommend
Over all service was good , but not safestore fault had to chance for the link as this is sourced external company for app to open my unit but was all sorted before I need led to move in . But good customer service both over the phone and from call centre. And all stuff moved in nicely
