Our Winchester store is monitored by 24 hour recorded CCTV and intruder alarms, and a 24 hour security guard; individual storage rooms are secured by a personal code entry system, so you’ll be the only person who can access your belongings.
There’s car parking available on-site, and a loading bay and double door access make it easy for you to load and unload your room.
We’re very close to Riverside Way Student Accommodation, so we’re worth keeping in mind if you’d like somewhere secure to store your student belongings over the holidays.
Why Winchester?
Winchester is a cathedral city that lies to the west of the South Downs National Park and was not long ago voted as the best place to live in Britain. Unemployment is very low, the schools are good, crime is almost non-existent, and it’s only an hour’s commute from central London. It also has a really interesting history, which continues to draw tourists from far and wide - King Alfred the Great chose it as the nation’s capital, and some believe that Winchester could be the real location of the Arthurian legend, Camelot.
Locals love living here because of all the amenities: there are plenty of high street and independent shops and restaurants. There’s also a theatre in Winchester, and Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre is a short drive away. Winchester is well connected via road, rail and air: it’s 20 minutes away from the coast, a stone’s throw from the Downs and near to Southampton Airport.
