Emergency Services and NHS Discount
Who is eligible?
If you work within the Police Force (including London Met), the Fire Brigade, Ambulance Services or the NHS, you are entitled to 10% off your personal storage in addition to our introductory offer of 50% off for the first 8 weeks.
Beyond the initial 8 weeks, you will benefit from the 10% discount for the duration of your stay.
How it works
- Show your Emergency Services ID in store when you move in.
- If your ID does not have a photo, you may be asked to show additional photographic ID.
- If you reserve online, your initial quote will not show the discount. The discount will be applied in store once you provide the relevant ID.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with our Lowest Price Guarantee and excludes contents cover and merchandise.
British Armed Forces Discount
Who is eligible?
Veterans and those currently serving in the Royal Navy, British Army and the Royal Air Force are entitled to 10% off storage, in addition to our introductory offer of 50% off for the first 8 weeks.
Beyond the first 8 weeks, you will continue to benefit from the 10% discount.
How it works
- Show your British Armed Forces ID in store when you move in.
- The discount will be applied by the store team.

Blue Light Card Holder Discount
Who is eligible?
All Blue Light Card holders are entitled to 10% off their personal storage, in addition to our introductory offer of 50% off for the first 8 weeks.
