  The whole experience from first enquiry to booking to turning up in site has been exceptional! Michael has taken care of us and held back before closing up to allow us to finish. Friendly, kind and quality customer service. We highly recommend safestore southside. Big Thanks!!

  Huge shoutout to the ...

  Huge shoutout to the team at Safestore Southside, their outstanding customer service saved my day!!! Due to unfortunate circumstances, I couldn't be physically present closer to the locker evacuation day, to facilitate rearrangement and removal. I liaised with the team on email to help with labelling the items for onward international cargo dispatch in my absence, as I had no local friend or family to help me with the same. Lawrence from the team went out of the way to do the labelling and saw it through till the time the specified shipments were collected by the assigned couriers. Sorry for the bother guys, and many thanks for understanding my situation. A big, big thanks to Lawrence, this man deserves a raise!!! Totally recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch storage facility and one-of-the-best-in-industry customer services :) :)

  Absolutely amazing people that work here, I arrived alot lather than I thought I would just before closing and they stayed late and helped me with everything. They were very kind and helpful the whole time.
