Get in touch
Our friendly team is available to answer any questions or to help you to reserve a storage room: give us a call or chat with us online during opening hours. Outside normal business hours, you could use our online contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If you’d like to reserve a room, you can do this online or by phone, and there’s no deposit to pay.
You can rent a storage room with us for a single day, or for however long you like. If you know that you’ll need your room for at least a year, be sure to mention this when you book because our Crystal Palace store offers a discount for long-term stays.
To help you decide how much space you’ll need, we’ve made some video guides to show you what each size of room looks like. Our experienced team will also be very happy to offer advice on how much square footage will best meet your needs based on how much you plan to store with us - just give us a call, chat with us online or drop in to one of our stores and we’ll help, with no obligation to buy and no pressure.
Safestore self storage in Crystal Palace
Self storage rooms in our Crystal Palace store can be accessed any time during opening hours; we operate a key fob entry system, meaning that you’ll be the only person who has access to your room and can do so whenever is convenient for you.
We’ve made loading and unloading your storage room as easy as we can, with double door access, wider aisles and drive up room access available; there’s also a large car park for customers.
Why Crystal Palace?
The Crystal Palace triangle contains loads of independent shops, restaurants and pubs, plus an indoor second hand market at Haynes Lane (every Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and farmers’ market (held each Saturday 10am - 3pm). Residents and local businesses don’t need to go far to find something nice for lunch, and nearby Crystal Palace Park has something for everyone - a quiet place to sit, surrounded by greenery or overlooking the boating lake, or somewhere to have fun or burn off some calories. There’s an elaborate maze, the National Sports Centre, an urban farm and a skate park.
The Overground train service makes the area popular with commuters, and there are several ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ schools in the area, so it’s great for families, too.
