You can increase or decrease the size of your space at any time: this may be particularly helpful if you run a business and your stock levels fluctuate throughout the year. To help you decide how much space to start with, check out our video guides to visualise the space available in each size of unit. Alternatively, give us a call and one of our experienced team members will be able to offer advice on what size of unit will be best.
If you’re not sure of how long you need to stay, you don’t need to commit to long-term contracts with us: stay for just a week if you like, or extend your stay at any time for however long you need.

Romford’s daytime business enterprises are centred mainly in commercial offices and retail, though other major employers include the Queen’s Hospital and Havering College. At night, the entertainment sector comes into its own, with almost as many people visiting Romford at night to go to the many pubs, clubs, cinemas and theatres, as to visit during the day to shop or work.
The town has lots of beautiful green spaces, most central of which are Lodge Farm and Raphael Parks, and there are several good schools in the area, making it a popular place to live for parents with younger children. There are great transport links to central London, but Romford is close enough to several country parks that you can easily get away from the daily hustle and bustle of city life.
