Why Warrington?
Located 20 miles from Manchester and 20 miles from Liverpool, Warrington is actually located within a designated greenbelt area. This gives residents and local businesses the dual benefits of being located close to an extensive road network (the M6, M62 and M56 are all easily accessible from the town) whilst also being located close to some fantastic green spaces and waterways - so weekends can be spent enjoying a nice day out at Walton Hall Gardens or taking a stroll along the Bridgewater Canal or Transpennine Trail.
Day trips to neighbouring cities such as Manchester, Liverpool and Chester are very easily managed thanks to the extensive transport links, too.
Affordable housing and decent job prospects in the area combined with a good standard of living and the overall sense of wellbeing enjoyed by local residents lead to Warrington often being voted as amongst the best places to live in the UK. Businesses thrive here, thanks to major regeneration schemes and local investment that has led to high levels of job creation and support for start-ups.
