I had such a great experience with Safestore Wandsworth from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Ranj was absolutely amazing friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. A complementary lock and £15 credit towards packing items was a bonus! We were in the middle of a house move that ended up being slightly delayed (as these things often are), but the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we could keep our unit for longer, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The facility itself is spotless and really well maintained, and there are always plenty of trolleys available, which made moving our items so much easier. Overall, a fantastic experience great service, great people, and I’d highly recommend this branch to anyone needing storage.
