Really convenient place to ...

Really convenient place to collect DHL parcels, especially being located next to all of the shops around Kingsditch. The staff are also always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Such polite and friendly ...

Such polite and friendly staff. All the staff i have dealt with by phone have been great but I had dealings with Hannah today in person and she was fantastic. Stayed late after her shift to help me move in to the storage unit and she was so friendly and accommodating. She really went the extra mile. The storage facility was so easy to access and ive had a great experience so far. Thank you Hannah for being such a credit to Safestore.

Everyone I dealt with at the Cheltenham branch was fantastic. Hannah originally explained all my options and helped me decide the best sized space for my needs, and when there was a price change she called me immediately to update me. Really great customer service and lovely staff to talk to!
