How to Pack a Self Storage Unit
- Make an Inventory: Before storing your belongings, create a detailed list or take photos of all items. This can be invaluable for reference or in the unlikely event of needing to make an insurance claim.

- Utilise Loading Equipment: When you arrive, unload your items in the designated loading bay and use trolleys to transport your goods. Be cautious not to overload or stack items unsafely.
- Protect the Ground: Lay down a dust sheet on the floor of your unit to protect your belongings.
- Organise by Priority: Place bulky items and heaviest boxes at the back of the unit. Set aside anything you’ll need regular access to and position these items at the front. Leave an aisle if frequent access is required.
